Dear Ed,

You will be truly missed. I remember your teaching and discipline at my cousin's Karate studio. I remember the few times I bumped into you at the restaurant next to Tikka Grill and everytime you were always smiling and in great spirits. Ed you will truly be missed, I have just heard of the passing and plan on coming to pay my respects at your burial site. I will never forget the dicipline and your spirit will be greatly missed. Infact I remember as a younger kid being 20...

It doesn't take long to know how giving and caring he is. In the short time I did get to know him, I found he was one of 7 Americans with his degree of Black Belt, a photographer, one of his favorite songs was by Robert Thicke - Lost without you and his god-daughter was the love of his life (who he kept a picture of in his camera phone and showed off to everyone). He immediately made me feel welcomed in his BJJ classes and taught some pretty awesome moves! I am glad I've had the opportunity...

Ed/Sensei
Thanks for all you have taught me the past 3 years. You will never be forgotten. Your legacy lives on with all you have touched throughout your life. RIP
