Jean
Mother and my deepest sympathyies to you and your family. I'm so sorry this is so late; I just found out while researching our family tree. I know Judi will be so sad as well when I tell her in the morning.

Jean
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Ed certainly had a very distinguished career. I am retired living in Encinitas (near San Diego) and my sister Nancy lives nearby.

Ed was an extraordinary man and I enjoyed the pleasure of working with him over the past 4 years. He was a tremendous inspiration. He will be dearly missed. It has been said that measure of a life well-lived is not in how much money one has or what possessions they have accumulated, but rather through the lives they touched. I am confident that everyone fortunate enough to have known Ed can proudly say that his indeed was a life well-lived.

Our condolences from VasoLux MicroSystems.

I would like to say how sorry I was to learn of Ed's passing. He was a fine scientist and great member of the community.
Ellen and I send our fondest regards to Jean and her family.
Sincerely, Leon Lederman

My good memories of Ed and Jean reach far back to my freshman days at Pomona College. Ed was an inspiration to all of us. Don joins me in sending our keenest sympathy to Jean and her family.

An inspirational friend, husband and father. He will be sorely missed by many, but his memories will live on and on. We wish Jean and her family our heartfelt condolences.

A wonderful person. He was a Fraternity Brother of mine at Pomona College.
