Not sure what to say?

Thinking fondly of.Dad today.

I was good to have a reminder of a year passing and bring back the memories they generate. As I reread his obituary and think of the memories that you all generated in our lives, I realize I am a better person from having you and Ed in Carol's and my life. It has been 2 years and 3 months since I lost Carol and in some ways it seems like yesterday. I trust your memories have been as great as mine.

I am a member of First Pres Newark. I have admired Ed for many years. His wisdom and gentle ways will be sorely missed. I so enjoyed discussing U of D basketball with Ed. Blessings to all of his family. Thank you for sharing him with us all these years. Jean Williams

My sincere condolences to Carol and family. I know how proud Carol was and is of her wonderful dad.

As a parent of a current Duke student, I greive for your loss eventhough I never met Mr. Koffenberger because Duke University is "Family". May the Peace of God be with your entire family and may the memories of his life bring you all everlasting joy.

Chuck, Susan and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. You have shared many beautiful stories about your Dad; he was an amazing man. Please know we are thinking of you and are here if you need anything.
Much Love,
Susan, David and family

Winnie. Just found out today, October 7. Toppy has been housebound for sometime so we haven't been in touch. You know how we feel about both of you. You were blessed to have 66 years with such a wonderful guy. God bless you and your family.
Toppy and Frank Moore

Anyone who knew Ed was richer for the experience. A first class person!
He left a legacy of good that can never be equaled
Blessing to Winnie and their family.
