Ed and I were class mates from our first days at Milwood through high school at Kalamazoo Central. I heard about his death from another class mate, Hank Dawson.

Dear Kokmeyer Family,
I had the previlege of attending a football game with Ed through a friend/co-worker who, I believe is your cousin, Gene Bolman. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day. Ed was a most gracious host. We also got to tour American Broach, which was very interesting. My deepest sympathies to your family, I pray for a rich gift of Our God's grace to carry you through the coming days as you celebrate his life and mourn his passing.
