Read MoreWhat a great guy Bud was. I grew up on Patrick Drive, and whenever us kids were playing in the street, and Mr. Kramer would drive by, he would always stop, roll down the window, and tell us some silly joke, or sometimes, would just say the punch line, and drive on.
He was a good neighbor and a friend to everyone.
