Not sure what to say?

Dear Lillian and Lehman Family,
I was a very good "pipe" friend to Ed for well over 20 years. Ed and I spent many wonderful hours talking and smoking our pipes together. When Ed would visit us at the various pipe conventions in New York, my wife would join "our group" for dinner. She would always enjoy Ed's interesting conversation about a wide variety of topics. Ed will be greatly missed by his many pipe collector friends. May Ed rest in peace. Our prayers go out to you, Rhona and...

Dear Lehman family,

We were very sorry to hear about the passing of your father, Ed. May you find peace in the comfort of family and friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sincerely,
Chris & Sheila Ignas

Dear Lehman family,

My husband and I extend our deepest condolences to your family at this very sorrowful time. I had the pleasure of working with Ed as his assistant for a little more than two years. He was by far my favorite coworker and was a very kind, intelligent and family oriented person. He will be sorely missed.

My sympathies to Ed's family from a Loyola Academy classmate. Ed was simply a fine person and may he rest in peace.

Dear Lehman Family:

I worked with Ed for many years. He was a very generous and kind man who helped me immensely. I last saw him at a trademark meeting in 2002, and we had a long conversation about "old times." I will miss him dearly.

Dear Lehman Family,
I am saddened to hear about the loss of your father. Ed was always the Dad who supported his kids in all of their endeavors. Many years have passed since I have seen Tony or Monica. I hope this note finds you and your families doing well during this time of sorrow.
You are in my prayers.

TO THE LEHMAN FAMILY

Our deepest sympathy. I have worked for Ed in the International Department and the former Hill firm during the sixtieths and seventieths and he was one of the best to work for.

You and your family are in my prayers.

Sincerely,

Dear Lehman Family,

As a close friend to Monica for 20 years, I had the chance of meeting Mr. Lehman at numerous family events. He was such a dear man and I remember him fondly at an Easter brunch years ago at the Standard ?? Club in Chicago. Monica loved him dearly and my heart goes out to all of you.
