Not sure what to say?

Thinking of my neighbor, Ed frequently but everytime the beautiful trees bloom in the spring and when I gaze at his paintings daily.

In the 1970´s l was privileged to study art under Edward Lis and we became good friends having coffee together at McDonald´s in West Chester before the all day Tuesday Class at the W. Chester Art Center. He was talented but also good instructor, and he was gracious and patient. RIP to a very fine Christian gentleman and artist.

Ted and Libby, I was sad to read of yor parents passing. My folks died within 45 days of each other in 2005. Elaine Brent Pearcy, of Bellingham, WA.

We keep the memory of this fine man in our hearts and hope that his family has a peaceful and happy Christmas season.

Dear Ted and family, I am sorry for the loss of a dear father and grandfather. Had I seen this notice a day earlier I would have been at the service. May God grant you comfort and hope in the Lord Jesus (I Thess. 4.13-14). Please get in touch with me at the Armenian Martyrs' Church in Havertown.

For some reason I came across it 2 weeks ago and just had it reframed and hung yesterday. He was a wonderful and generous man and instilled those virtues in you both. My deepest, heartfelt sympathy to both you and your families.

Dear Libby, Ted, and your families,

We always enjoyed your father's wry humor, but especially the gift of his art. He brought joy to so many through the special talents God gave him, which he shared with us. His influence was magnificent. As I sit in my...

Libby and Family,
We pray your father is walking through a brilliant rose garden for all eternity. He was a sweet, kind man.

To the family of Edward Lis: I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort help you during this difficult time.
