Not sure what to say?

Dear Gayle and family, I am so sorry for your lost. Eddie was a very special person to his family and friends. I know you will miss him, but with all your memories that you have, those are what will keep him close to your hearts.

Dear Gayle,
You have always been like a daughter to me and my heart goes out to you. I, more than anyone, know the heartbreak your going through. Gayle, you and your sons have been an inspiration with the care you provided to Eddie since he has been sick. In your heart Eddie will always be with you. Remember you will be reunited with Eddie some day in the future.
Love, Mrs. G.

I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet Eddie. What a wonderful smile and that twinkle in his eyes. He will be missed by so many.

I know everyone has their own story to share about Eddie, because he has touched the lives of so many. But I will never forget the smile that came to his face, each and every year, as he shared "Luthers Farm" with the hundreds of preschool children that visited him. His face beamed with pride as he explained all the farm had to offer and he completely enjoyed each and every minute spent with those little ones. What an inspration to all who were lucky enough to know such a kind & loving man....

Eddie's spirit and smile will live on forever. His pride in his family and farm is everlasting. He was always there for me growing up and taught me so much about life. My prayers and sympathy are with the entire Luther family. God Bless.

To Gale and Family, Saddened to hear the news of Eddie's passing. You and the boys are in our prayers. In heartfelt sympathy, Sheri and Bill Hurley

Dear Luther Family,
Our hearts and prayers are with you during your time of terrible loss. What a brave person Eddie was fighting such a terrible disease with such dignity. This fall he sat at every football game watching intently, you could see his sense of pride written all over his face. He loved his family and he will be missed.
