Edward Francis "Éamonn" Lyng

Msgr Lyng had a profound impact on my life growing up and shaping my faith as a boy in the 90s, early 2000s. I was fortunate enough to reconnect with him a few times, visiting him at Nazareth house and taking to lunch a few years before he died. It saddened me deeply to just learn of his passing and I'm so glad I was able to reconnect with him later in my life. Msgr Lang, your gone, but not forgotten <3 Slainte

I just heard of Father Eamonn Lyng's death from my Sister, Sister Mary Eamon Lyng SSJ. Our family enjoyed meeting Father at my Sisters 50th Anniversary in 2012. We certainly considered him our real connection to Kilkenny, Ireland and our family history.
