Our sympathy to all the Lysyk family. I had the pleasure of working with Ed in the RCMP and in the department of the Alta. Solicitor General. We also visited your parents in their home in St. Albert. I respected Ed and enjoyed working with him. Our sincere condolences. Bill and Pat Whetstone.
Edmonton, Ab.

To Ed's Family,
I was sadden to hear of the passing of Ed. I have so many wonderful memories of grand times with Ed & Marion. All the great trips Tom, myself, Wally, Mae, Mel, Joyce, Ed and Marion had.
Ed, Mel and Tom are back together again.

Our Deepest Sympathy goes out to all the Lysyk Family. We spent many happy hours at the Ukrainian Hall working with Ed at Friday Suppers and other occasions. He was a quiet man, but always friendly & a pleasure to be around.
Sincerely, JoAnn & Norm Shannon Calgary, Alberta(formerly Richmond)

Saddened to hear of Ed's passing. Served with him in "G" Div and Edmonton, enjoyed his friendship and had a great respect
for him. Condolences to his family. Roger and Prim Spidell.

Edward, Tom, Tim, Patricia and families; We so enjoyed our friendship with both Ed and Marion while on Lancaster Cres. and later in Richmond. Ed was a devoted husband, a very loyal friend and a true gentleman.

Our crescent in St.Albert was never the same once Marion and Ed moved to BC. Even when visiting both in BC it was evident that Ed was the best of the best. His care for Marion and his dedication to his community was outstanding. We will miss Ed and his conversations... a true gentleman to the very end. Love Colleen and Brian Mcleod

Hi Patricia - I was thinking of you the other day. Just one of those 'ponders' about good friends with whom you spent memorable times - hiking, racquet ball, and a green beetle. Today, I decided to see if I could find you on Facebook. Instead, I uncovered your sad news. I remember our visit to your mom and dad's place. They were gracious guests, and good people. I am sorry for your loss. I think you met my mom and dad, both of whom are gone now, too. All the very best.
