Edward Robert Magee Sr.

I'm so sorry to hear of his passing--and that I didn't know until now. I can't tell you how many times he came to our rescue--literally. There will never be another like him.

When we received the sad news of Ed’s passing, we looked back and reminisced. David reminded me of the fishing trips with Ed, Uncle Tom and Lonnie. Ed was always assigned to David’s boat. David said he would fish and Ed would do his crossword puzzles. Then Ed would tell David where to move the boat because he wasn’t catching anything. To all of the Magee Family. He wasn't Irish just on St. Patrick's Day like alot of people are, he was Irish everyday. He went out of his way to make all of our days better. We are sorry to hear about Ed. My families thoughts and prayers are with your family as you continue to grieve the loss of Ed. He was a generous and special individual. My family only knew him a short time. Very gracious and thoughtful man.

Molly, Aunt Judy here. I found this while taking a computer class. I did not know til now and want to say my thoughts are with you and your family. You are a large family and I am sure you are comforting one another. I think of my whole family continually and am only sorry I have taken myself so far away. But I am with you in spirit.
