Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear this. Mr. Mann tutored me in math, I think in my middle school years. He was so kind & had so much patience. I also grew up with his son Matt. Condolences to Matt & family, he was a great man.

He was a great colleague, unselfishly giving to others. Always willing to spend time with you.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Never did a story about Chris Dodd without the help of Ed or Stan. They were both dedicated public servants. Thanks for your help over the years Ed and sincerest condolences to your entire family.

I worked with Ed when I worked for state Senator Billy Ciotto. Ed was such a wonderful person. Always helpful and would do anything for Billy. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Jillene and family: We were so very saddened to learn of Eddie’s passing. We are out of state and sorry that we cannot be there to personally share our heartfelt sympathies. Eddie was kind, caring, and passionate about helping others. His keen wit and wonderful sense of humor were special gifts. He will be missed by many.

Dear Jill & Family, We were saddened to learn of Ed's passing. Always enjoyed his company ! Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time .

Eddie was the best big brother I could have asked for. He was always the wise man (and sometimes the wise guy) who I looked up to, and even during his difficult years, he still had so much heart and compassion. Everybody loved Eddie. That's the mark of a life well-lived. Love you, Ed. Tim and I send lots of love to Jillene, Melissa, Matthew, Beau, Abby, Scarlet and Luke, who were always there for him. He will forever be in our hearts.

So many lovely family memories of us all getting together, going on vacations, and attending life events through the years. Eddie (Mr Mann) was the most compassionate basketball coach I needed in the middle school years and ended up being my parents best friend and like an uncle to me growing up. I’ll remember that he was always full of gentle kindness & was always ready to give a high five. My deepest love, sorrow and strongest hugs to Jillene, Melis, Matt, Bo, the kids, and all the lives...
