Not sure what to say?

I met Edward Marcus in 1970 as a friend of his daughter Shelley and really never knew him that well. But I followed his achievements through the years and was always impressed with his character and his accomplishments. No matter how long people live, we miss them when they are gone. He will live a long time in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Dear Shelley. My deepest sympathy and condolences to you and your family. I will always remember being in Ed's office and feeling his presence. I will always remember how your father's words helped me get thorough difficult times. I will always remember that he was a strong and kind man.

Jill, My condolences.

We were saddened to hear about Ed´s passing. We had many good moments working with Ed. Thinking of you and the family and wishing moments of peace and comfort.

Dear Shelley, Susan, Nicki, Jill and the Marcus Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Edward was a remarkable, brilliant man who loved his children deeply. I will always remember fondly his various words of wisdom that he shared with me over the years. At 92 he was still playing tennis and he said his secret was to keep the mind and body active. May he now enjoy playing tennis with the angels.

Jill (and family), Stefanie and I (and our kids) just heard. We are very sad and despite Ed's illness, very shocked that this has come to be. I know you have to be your best at this worst of time, so please know that Duffy family is always a friend to depend. Meantime, please know we respect your privacy and are there for you when ready to ask for help. Warmest Sympathies, Duffy Family 1 Corinthians 15:21

My heartfelt condolences. A true gentleman and pillar of the community. One of the trickiest tennis serves I´ve ever faced in my life. Fond memories of doubles tennis with the Marcus´ at The Owenego Club in the 80´s. RIP Ed.

Our thoughts, prayers and love to the Marcus family.....

Jill, I'm so sorry too hear about Ed's passing, Our prayers and thought are with you and you family at this difficult time. Ed was a great man and will be missed by many.
