Edward Daniel McCRADY

Ed was a great boss and mentor. I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. I extend my deepest sympathy to the family. You are in my prayers and will continue to be.

Ed was a mentor of mine for almost 15 years. A fellow UVA grad, I was introduced to him when I was leaving the consulting business and aiming to become an entrepreneur. He was supportive, encouraging, and offered to open his network up to me -- and, it was a big one. After I landed in an early stage company, Ed became one of our first customers and was always an advocate and supporter, even when the dream was not yet reality. I valued my friendship with Ed greatly, and he was always there...

Pattie: I just learned of Ed's passing today. He was a important mentor and friend to me while he was at RH and truly one of the kindest people I have ever known. My heart goes out to you and your entire family.

Mr. McCrady was a very sweet man, he was always joyful. With his positive attitude and judgement taught me and others to look at life differently.

Deepest condolences Mrs. McCrady, to you and your family. Life will not be the same, but he would want you to be happy. He may not physically be here, but he will always be close.
