I am saddened to learn of Ed’s transition this morning. I first met Ed several decades ago through my father J. Wendell Addy from Liberia. Over the years I would get to know Ed, a loving, warm, supportive and wise business mind I often could bounce ideas off during my years at UCLA. My family and I remain grateful for the friendship.
