Not sure what to say?

Josie and family,

I just learned of Ned's death and wanted to say what a great friend he was to all of us. The picture that is reflecked here is perfect, as he appeared at all times, with a big smile on his face. I am so sorry for your loss but I am confident you all have many wonderful memories to sustain you. My sincere sympathy.

josi, molly, and peter, i was lucky to know ned, all my 38 years at the autohaus.. he was always a great customer and friend. one of my best memory's is the time he broke the oil pan on the red bmw conv and drove and parked in front of the autohaus while oil was running down. i suggested that he buy kitty litter and return to help clean up the mess. yes, he returned and we both cleaned the mess. i repaired and saved the engine on the vehicle.., so sorry for your loss,,,, peter smith

Ned was always a favorite to work with and to run into in the Village. He was an icon there and will be very missed!

I was lucky to have worked with Ned on several real estate deals. It was always a pleasure and he always made it fun, our real estate community will miss him. My condolences goes out to his family and friends.

The Merkles and the Connors have been intertwined for decades. We initially lived four houses apart on Chesterfield growing up. "Moke" ...Ned's dad was my dad's best friend. Now Danny and some of Ned's grand kids live next door to where our sons grew up and still consider home.
Ned and I would go years without running into each other but in seconds we'd pick up where we left off.
Ned, you did a great job and left a great legacy.
Sympathy and condolences from all the Connors to all...

I AM A SISTER OF DONALD ABEL JR
, WHO WORKED FOR NED. SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.

Josie, as you and your family have lost a very special person in your lives , know that he is missed by so many lucky people to have shared life with him.
50 years ago as I was headed to Vietnam Nam he was at the airport. When I returned one year later he welcomed me home.
A Great Friend and there will never be another. Noodle. God Bless
