"Edward was a wonderful man and a good friend. He could always put a smile on your face. He will truly be missed. My deepest codolences to his partner Jeff."

Such a generous man was Ed. Always supported the local community activities. I especially appreciated his support for my personal passion; billiards of course. We will miss him.

Wow, shocking news. I live in Chicago, and use to go to that bar when I lived in Houston. What a nice man, and Jeff too. Very sad. He will be missed by everyone.

my deepest condolences to all of Ed's family and friends esp. his parter Jeff. I've know Ed since back in the mid 70's when he and Jeff operated a wonderful little club called "inside-Outside. He will be greatly missed. Kirk Freeman (Houston)

I loved Ed's spirit and warmth. He was a generous soul, the kind the world needs more of. He'll be missed.

I only knew Ed when I saw him at E.J.'s but I am so sorry to hear that such a wonderful spirit is no longer with us. He will be greatly missed.
