When I was active as a food broker in the Metro NY/NJ market I called on many of the same accounts Ed did and found Ed to be a professional. Prior to being a food broker, he was the procurement manager for various items I sold to Wakefern. I will miss him.

Ed was a true gentleman. He was a buyer for many years at Wakefern and then after he left he became a food broker. I want to offer my condolences to his wife Jean who also worked at Wakefern at the same time as Ed was working there. May you rest in peace, Ed.
