On behalf of my brother Jim (presently in Costa Rica), Myself and the rest of the Welsh family we would like pass on condolences to the Mullaney family. Our prayers are with you.

Mr Mullaney always had something nice to say. I knew him for just about my entire life and he always greeted everyone with a smile and a chuckle. He was terrific...I'll miss him.

Mr. Mullaney was such a kind, good-natured person. He will be sorely missed. I will always remember him for telling me about Ernie Beck and his basketball playing days at Penn. Our deepest sympathies are with his family during this difficult time.
