Ned lived life always looking ahead to the next great thing. He taught me to look up not down, to revel in success and not to dwell in failure. If you kids read this please look me up in Wilmington nc. I´m trying to follow Ned´s example!

Ned was my mentor and advisor for many years. I left the intelligence community in 1999 and lost touch gradually over several years. We had many adventures together both physically and intellectually. I miss him greatly. Jordan cihen
