Not sure what to say?

So saddened to hear this. What a great guy with a huge heart. I was lucky to be drawn to fish with him on his bass boat as a young boy. It was a wonderful time. Years later I was lucky enough to have him put a few articles in the paper on hunting success. Rest Easy friend and forever Fish and Hunt on..

I am so sorry to hear of Ed´s passing. He was an amazing man and a dear friend to my father. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Rose and family: Wishing you my deepest condolences. I have fond memories of our times in Geyser Crest just starting out as young families. Peace and love to all of you.

Dear Rose and family, Ed was on one of the finest people I ever met. So sorry for your family. Please know that I care. Rest in peace dear man.

Rose & family, So sorry to hear about Eds passing. I remember when Ed guided my inlaws and myself on a fishing morning on Saratoga Lake. Ed was so knowledgeable, calm (me not knowing what I was doing) and a pro. I could tell Ed was in his element being outdoors. My thoughts and prayes are with Rose and the family.

The world just lost a wonderful human being. Kind, friendly and giving. May he rest in peace. You will be missed.

We spent many wonderful hours with Ed on the Hudson River in Schuylerville using his beloved artificial worm. His love of fishing was so enthusiastic that we found a love of fishing and will always be grateful to Ed for that. We had such fun with him on the waterways fishing. Ed, rest in peace and soar with angels.

To Rose and Ed's family thank you for sharing Ed with us all. I was included in many adventures and projects that Nooner and our group accomplished. He was always happy to print a picture and tell the story of some one's success in the field in print. The kids always showed so much pride and joy seeing their trophy in the paper. I have great admiration for Ed's approach to life. His wit and smile. Ed's teaching skills and Nooners will to share his experiences with us all. Thanks Eddie, see...

So very sorry to read about Ed. Ed was a pleasure to work with. Deepest sympathies to his family.
