Not sure what to say?

My father Ernie Thorpe told me he would always have coffee with Mr. Norton at Christy's before they went off to their designated jobs!! This when they were young men raising families - My father was addressed as Mr. Mas (mason) and Mr. Norton as Mr. Plum (plumber). It was a different time and different way of life!! God Bless to the family! BUD THORPE

Kate. So sorry of your dad´s passing. He must have been a wonderful person to have created such a loving family.Deb

Very sorry to hear of Ted´s passing! Not only to those who knew him but a loss to the town of Westbrook which he was so knowledgeable about! We all have fond memories of Ted! RIP

If I am correct - Ted was a plumber by trade - after which he took up the art of miniature design. My father Ernie Thorpe would meet Ted at Christies before work. They knew each other as Plumb and Mase (my father was a stone mason)

So very sorry to hear of Ted's passing. The Norton family was a wonderful part of my growing up on Wesley Ave. Will miss our conversations either by or in person about Westbrook. God speed, Ted.

So sorry to hear of Ted´s passing. He was such a talented and well liked man. Mike & Melody Oryl
