I extend my condolences to the Osfar Family. I lived in the Same building ad Ed and I Spent many hours Talking Hockey on any level. Ed tried to get me to buy a VW but I was happy with my Explorer. I knew Ed was an advid photographer as I seen many of his Photos in I his Apt. I always like the One on the easel. I saddens me that Ed's services I missed but I will always Cherish those Long Talks about hockey and our Frendship over the last 11 years.

Not having been able to be in attendance at my eldest brother Ed's Memorial, I would like to share his true Legacy.
In his younger years, Ed was an altar boy at Christ the King Catholic Church in South Minneapolis. He became the family chauffeur to and from Church, and forever remained a devout Catholic.
Ed was always a planner of social functions both in school and beyond.
He was an avid hockey player throughout his school years, and maintained an ongoing...

I'd like to express my condolences to Ed's large extended family who I'm sure must be missing him terribly. I first met Ed when we were classmates at the old Vocational High School. Although he was several years ahead of me, I always remembered him because he was the kind of outgoing sociable person who was friendly with everyone, regardless of age. Then, several years later when I became close friends with his sister, Darlene, our paths crossed again many times over the years. Although I...

i am so shock to know of this. I lived over Ed for 6 years. me and my son. my grandkids shouted , laughted and jumped up and down over his head and not once did he complain. I hadnt seen him much since I moved upstairs to a 1 bdrm apt, but I saw him having his morning coffee at the gas station down the way last. I thought he looked a little thin, but Ed was a thin man anyway. I wish I had known about this sooner, I just found out yesterday:( My heart goes out to you all
