Not sure what to say?

Great gentleman and business man with integrity. Surely miss my friend and associate.

I worked for Ed at Hoffman Surgical back in the 80's. He was not only a talented businessman, but a fine person as well. He treated everyone with respect and dignity...a real blessing for a 20something who was new to the business world. I guess I thought he would go on forever. I am deeply sorry for your loss, and pray that the Lord will comfort you and keep you close to Him.

Mr. P meant a lot to me. I will miss him dearly. He, my father and I shared kindred spirits for car racing and our times together at the track were special.

One of my favorite Mr. P lines was "man that car has some poop down the straights" and only Mr. P could say the word "poop" so that you knew that it meant that the car had some serious horsepower.

Ed will be truly missed as an example of fine business man and gentleman. My sympathies to his family and friends.

I will always remember and cherish the times spent with Ed in business, discussing life and his teaching me the sporting clays. His spirit and entreprenurial attitude along with his love of family and friends will be a lasting wonderful memory. May his memories be a comfort to his family until eternity.

Bobbi and Amanda,

I had the pleasure of working with your father throughout the 1990s while I was president of Narco Medical Services (another Air Shields distributor). What I remember most about Ed was his positive energy, great business acumen, integrity and enjoyment of life. Ed certainly enjoyed business, but he often spoke lovingly of the two of you during our occasional business trips together and the one time I visited your home, it was clear to me that your dogs were a loving...

Love you dad. Thanks for always being there for me and for being such an amazing father. I will miss you everyday. You will always be my dude and I will always be your bird. Till we meet again....all my love!

A Good Honest and Smart man.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O' Lord.

May God bless you, and your family in this time of sorrow.
Love,
Carol
