Not sure what to say?

Shocked to hear about Ed. So sorry and my deepest condolences to Kathy and the family. I knew Ed since the early 80s through work 10 yrs and sports baseball and some football and other activities. Had beers with him at Dom and Alis I will miss him.

My name is George Davis. I played baseball against and with Ed when we were teenagers. We became friends and after our baseball days we would run into each other. Over the past 10 years, we joined Riverwinds and every time I met someone from West Deptford, I would ask them if they knew Ed and where was he. I am sorry that I found him this way and I am sorry for your loss. R.I.P. old friend.

Dear Kathy, Jim & Jan - Was so saddened to hear about the passing of Ed. Yes, Ed was a very talented baseball player, but he was an even better human being. I was lucky enough to have spent many of good times growing up in West Deptford with Ed. Eddie was a good dude. He will be missed. In deepest sympathy, Greg Gregoris

Dear Kathy and family We were so shocked by the news of Ed's passing. He was a great guy and good friend to jay we enjoyed spending time with you both at your dream cabin. We will always treasure the last picnic we spent together with you Ed, Mike and Terri. We will always treasure that memory. May Ed RIP. HUGS AND PRAYERS. YOUR FRIENDS Sherry and Jay Beidelman

Kathy, Saddened to hear of Ed's passing. I appreciate the hard work he put in day in and day out. Also enjoyed talking sports and hearing a story or two. My sincere condolences.

Ed and his family moved to West Deptford N.J. from Hershey P.A. around 1967.They moved in the house directly right behind my house. We were in the same grade in school and we became very good friends all through high school and College . We both played on the same baseball team in High School and college. And he was a fine third baseman . We both loved sports and the same teams the Lions, Red Wings, and Tigers. We never had a disagreement he was a easy guy to like .i had not seen him in...

Kath, there are no words but many good memories of our times together for Breeders' Cup days, and most recently your visits with us at the shore. Eddie will be dearly missed and will be forever in our hearts. Love ~ Tom and Linda

Ed was my neighbor. He was funny, kind, and always willing to give a helping hand. Both Ed and Kathy helped so much after I lost my husband last March. I will always be grateful for the friendship and will miss him. RIP Ed and now you can keep company with Wayne.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
