Not sure what to say?

Ed was a wonderful and central personality in the pool community as well as one of our most talented players. We all enjoyed his generous smile and fun spirit. He really knew how to graciously clobber his opponents. :-) He will be sorely missed. Sincerely, Daisy Hutchinson (League Operator, American Poolplayers Assn.)

To the Podmenik Family, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. He was a great man and one I truly respected. Sincerly, Peter McCabe

Dear Mary Lou, Jennifer and Matt:

Today, my childhood friend, Betsy Inglis called to tell me of Ed's passing. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I can vividly recall those early days when we were young mothers and fathers, sharing the joy of our first born child together. I remember a photo taken of Karen and Jennifer when they were about 3 months old. Ed was a happy person all the years that I knew you both. I know what a great friend he was to my ex-husband, Pete Miller. I will...

We were very sorry to hear of Ed's passing. Ed and I spent many happy hours together as high school buddies. I am sure he will be missed by all. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. Gary Fowler and family, Wooster, Ohio.

Mary Lou, Matt and Jen,

I am very sorry to share this loss with you. Ed was like a second father to me after mine passed. He could always make me laugh and was never at a loss for a joke. He will be sadly be missed by all that ever knew him. My love to you all.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Mary Lou, I am so sorry for your loss. I always loved seeing his smiling face and hearing him joke around. Your neighbors, Jeni Jo, Chris and Ryan

Hi Mary Lou & family-Shocked and saddened to hear about Ed. We had lost touch over the years, but Dick and I often thought of you both. Such a funny, good-hearted guy he was. I liked working for him at CH Stuart..and Dick always admired his character when they were at Xerox together (as well as the fact that we was a character in the very best sense.)Our prayers are with you. Let us know if we can help you in any way. Diane & Dick
