Mr. Powell was always kind and had a smile on his face and a nice word to say to others. He will be missed, but I will see him again in heaven. Debbie

I thnk God for blessing me with Bro. Powell. We were close friends ovr 14 yrs. He was a prayn man & he always read his WORD! We were there for ea othr through thick&thin and I'm most grateful for that bond. We prayed for &with ea othr. When i tell ya i lost a true friend, i mean jus that. God knows best. Ed doesn't hv to sffr anymore, he is n God's care nw. I him &i truly miss him. Im prayin for Tonya and all the fmly. May God strengthen us all.RIP MY FRIEND.

Ed was consistently one of the most kind and respectful men I've known. Any time I was with him, he would always bring a smile to everyone nearby. Mr. Powell will absolutely be missed. I hope that his kindness will spread throughout those who were in his life and leave the world a better place than it was before.
