Ed was a good, gentle, spirit. He was always professional even when we did battle in the courtroom. We had some interesting cases together and I feel blessed to have known and worked with him. May he rest in peace.

Even though I didn't know Ed personally, I always saw him on Sundays at 11am Mass. He was a very personable man, and he will be deeply missed!!!

What can I say that hasn't been said here.Ed was truly a "good man and a good human being". I was shocked to read of his passing. His word was his bond. I'll miss you Ed. Mike Whipple

Honesty, integrity, humor, tenacity, brave, caring, friendly, loyal, all these words describe the man who is Ed Powers. His example will long live in our hearts and minds. I will miss you, Ed, sitting next to me in Safety Committee meetings. What will I do without the voice of reason? You walked taller than any of us. The Angels must have needed you.
