My condolences goes out to the Prater family, I too was a graduate of Walter L. Cohen class of 1985 marched in the band with Prater and on the "YARD" Southern University I use to ride back and forth from Southern with Cornell and Edward those were the good ole days. I'll tell you one thing he always kept you laughing about something now you are in a better place without anymore pain or suffering friend, I will miss you and you will not be forgotten.
