I've been overjoyed by your dear friends messages, memories and thoughts of you. You surely were loved and appreciated by all you touched. I can't help but feel in times of angst you are here for me to listen. I know you hear me when I say "I love you/I miss you". Your kindness and care of all around you genuinely obvious by all messages posted in your book. Woody, I know you can hear me and I want to to remind you what a A hole in my life remains after you left so suddenly. I'm especially sorry I snapped my achilles in the Squash State Double Final and will always remember as you tried to help me get up you said "Bill get up this is our time to win and we are way ahead!". You and Peggy helped me get to the hospital. We had many good times together.

Dearest Alex,
You were in my life, but for a brief moment in time.
You were more to me than my backgammon partner at the club.
You were part my family.
