Dear Ed, Karen,Glenn,
I am so sorry for your loss. I worked for Ed at GCS. I Will always remember working for your Dad. I still talk to others of working and knowing Ed. He was truly my mentor and I always said he was a father /mentor to me. He taught me much about how he lead in the business world but even most about how he treated people. I will always be grateful to your Dad and it was truly my honor to have known him. I Will always remember him....

Dear Ed, Karen, Michael, & Glenn

You have our deepest sympathy. Ed was one of my bosses at General Crushed Stone Company. I totally enjoyed working with him as he demanded your respect and your friendship. Upon my retiring last August I enjoyed being in his presence and talking to him at our monthly lunches at Fork Family Diner. He will be sorely missed by all his friends and beautiful family members and children. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all.

Ed and Agnes are together again. We miss them.

Glen - Sorry to hear about your dad. My mom told me (surprised? haha) Lost my dad 7 years ago and know how hard it is. If you're ever in SF, come visit.

I can say I haven't been in contact with ED in several years but I have many a fond memory of my time at the Purdy residence. Mike being my best friend from about the time I moved to Easton,because of that I spent a lot of time around ED. This meant Hunting and fishing trips. Then he started the Explorers Club which meant even more hunting and fishing. I always had great appreciation and respect for him. His sense of humor was admirable.
