To the family of Ed Radecki, I am sorry to learn that dear Ed has gone beyond the veil. He was a fishing rod customer of my husband Joe Phelps and in fact, Joe learned much about rod tying from dear Ed. Ed was a charming, friendly, Christian gentleman and could relate to all ages of people.
