Not sure what to say?

My heart is heavy knowing that our family has lost another great soul. Uncle Ed was probably the quietest of our crazy family yet seemed to have such an impact on us all!! Our Children were able to have the special gift of knowing him and for that they are better! We will miss his jokes & his smile. We love you all very much!! Love, Beth,Ryan,Marnie,Caitlin & Joshua

I first met Ed in 1960 when I bowled in the City league for the first time and Ed was a frequent viewer and covered the best bowlers in cny, many of whom bowled in the City league. In the early years Ed would not only write articles about the achievements but also was often able to get pictures and great headlines. When he retired and was less active it was an honor to collect information and pass it on to Ed for his columns. It was also an honor to team with Ed and help him win top honors...

Kate, we are so sorry to hear of your loss and regret that we were unable to attend the service. We want you to know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Reddy Family and Friends,

Please accept my prayers and thoughts on Ed's passing. I met him in 1976 when I joined the Post Standard as a very green sports reporter. He took me under his wing and showed me how to comport myself from answering the phone to taking agate for high school and college games. Always busy, I remember him waiting for the call from Vernon to get the daily double in the North Country edition, his zealous love of bowling and how much fun we had playing golf with Le...

Aunt Char, we're sorry for your loss. It was nice to see you both at Becky's last year at the Reddy reunion.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We are so glad that we spent some time with your family recently.
Love,
The Vogt Family (Hand)

Mom and I want you to know that you're in our thoughts and prayers, especially with Ed's passing coming so close to Mary's. We know your strong faith and the belief that heaven is truly a better place will bring you comfort. Although life has taken us down different paths and we rarely see one another, the memories of the "good old days" at St. Pat's and Tipperary Hill keep you all dear to our hearts. Those of us lucky enough to have known Ed will always remember him. Cindy Foley and Gertrude...

So sorry for your loss. All my best to you.
