Rev Charles Zach, former head of school at Mt. Michael Benedictine HS: Ed was a dear friend and wise guide/mentor for me as a leader of our School Advisory Board. Had many wonderful visits with Ed and his wife Rose. I so admired his wisdom and leadership, and I have a specail place in my heart for his children and family. He remembered me most recently with a card upon my retirement as a pastor in Oregon. Always so thoughtful! Was present at my 50th ordination anniversary at Omaha St Vincent...

Friends for 60+ years-- I was a student Nurse with Rose at St. Catherine's-- eventually roommates, and in each other's wedding in 1962. Very fond memories of double dating with Ed & Rose, and following each other's families thru the years. Very special people!! Our prayers to the family-- you've got tons of memories to remember them by.

A wonderful man so giving of his time and talents. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Regan family!

My sympathies to the family. Ed was always a true gentleman . He had the highest integrity...he was honest to a fault,a great storyteller ,and an avid golfer.His commentaries on life were always appreciated The world will be a little less bright without him.
