Not sure what to say?

Father Reimer was a good soul.Helped me to get on my feet after I did time at Jamesville. He helped me when I was at my worst. His compassion and empathy has been unmatched by anyone I've ever met to this day.I was a stranger...a loner and he gave me his prayer. He sits comfortably at Gods side!

I am going back 50 years when I knew Father Reimer . I was in high school working at the rectory at the time . He was head of our CYO too. He was a great priest . He was also a lot of fun . I will always remember him . Rest In Peace Father .

I have so many memorable moments working with him over the years. He loved to play practical jokes on me and love to retell them over and over again. He was so easy to work with. I always felt he had my back. I will miss you dearly.

I knew Ed from working with him at CYO Day Camp on Cross Lake. We got to be good friends. He was very kind and we enjoyed some good times together. My sympathy to all his family. He was a wonderful priest and remembered fondly by many.

Father Reimer was a great friend to my mom. He was an honored guest at her 100th birthday party at the Nottingham, and just a good friend who was always there for a visit, some good advice, or companionship. He will be greatly missed.

When we needed it the most, Father Reimer took care of our family. He was especially loving toward our children, and he had a special place in his heart for all of them. I will remember the many years that I went down to church on Sunday early for mass, carrying a copy of the New York Times that I bought for him to read later when he went up to his camp. We would just sit and talk before mass started. I miss that. And we miss him. But God has him now. Bless you, Ed Reimer, for all that you did...

The greatest legacy a man can leave behind are the fond memories that are carried on by those whose lives they touched. Father Reimer filled our lives with many such memories. He baptized our children, joined us for dinner, comforted us in times of loss, and welcomed home this soldier at an airport from Afghanistan. God bless you and may you rejoice in paradise.

Father Reimer was a wonderful servant of God. May Father Reimer rest in Eternal Peace.

Fr Reimer was a kind spiritual leader who was also a very nice guy. I recently visited him at the Nottingham where he lived with his buddy, Donner. He loved his family and was enjoying life. My condolences to his son and family.
