Not sure what to say?

We last visited with Eddie and Joanna in Maine. We met them for Lobster dinner at Abel´s Lobsters Pound on MDI. Eddie and Joanna both have a warmth and smile that few friends could match. They are the kind , loving sort that you just want to be around always. He gave Hugs always and much cheer and camaraderie. We miss Eddie´s near constant smile. He had a wonderful, caring way about him. We know his spirit is in a good place in heaven , but wish he was still here! Love you Eddie! -Tammy and...

I rarely look at Facebook. I saw that Eddie had requested to friend me 5 years ago. I accepted tonight. I regret I had seen it before. My sister in Fort Smith had informed me that he had passed. I thought of him in the spring while watching my 12 year old son playing baseball. Eddie was a great pitcher. He could pitch forever. I don´t think there was a pitch count limit in FS church league. We were in same class at Christ the King K thru 8. H was a great guy, gentle and kind. I´m glad he had...

So sorry for your loss. It is a loss for all of us who knew him. I still remember his words to me as we were discussing options over the phone with a team working through bringing the railroad waybilling center system back online - "Be kind and gentle". Those words stayed with me always. In times of stress - he was always calming. I became a better leader years later because of him. Cheers to Ed's life and impact!!!

Ed with his international IT team around 2015 in Richardson at the Fossil Inc. And I will never forget Ed's calm and friendly manner. My prayers and thoughts are with Ed's family ... Best wishes from the south-west of Germany, Christian Übersetzt mit DeepL (https://dee.pl/apps)

I remember Eddie pulling my car from a snow bank with his jeep back in high school. He was just an all around great guy.

I had the privilege of working with Ed at JCP and appreciated the curious, thoughtful, and warm engagement he brought every day (see pic of him embracing a welcome ritual during a visit to India). He will be missed. My heart goes out to his family.

Ed was the best! I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Ed at a couple companies and always enjoyed our conversations. Ed was easy to talk to with a good sense of humor. Ed was a great problem solver and ran a good department. I am so glad to have known him. God Bless!

My deepest sympathies to Ed´s family. I worked with Ed at JCPenney. He was a mentor professionally and personally. The way he talked about his relationship with his wife and kids had an immeasurable effect on me at a critical turning point in my life. I am forever grateful to him and for knowing him.

For Ed's family, I'm so very sorry for your loss and for your pain. His beautiful spirit will live on in you. I worked for Ed at two companies for many years. He was a wonderful person; a gentleman who maintained grace under pressure. He was always optimistic, encouraging, and an exceptional leader. Ed was a bright light for Christ in this world. and a blessing to all who knew him.
