I met Ed in the mid 2000´s and we´d been fast friends ever since. We shared time on his boat in Grand Traverse Bay and traveled to Alaska several times spending time with Rich´s beautiful family. His nickname was "Peter" as in Peter Pan, as he never wanted to " grow up". We spent many hours talking about how to avoid taking life too seriously while eating cherries and spitting the seeds off the side of his boat.
