Read MoreGosh, I worked part-time for Dr. Rugh way back in 1984. Judy was his hygienist. Remember walking down to Taco Bell for lunch. Bean burrito was 59 cents. We were all struggling and that's all we could afford. God bless him and the family he left behind.
