I also have fond memories of Ed from when I worked for the Holiday Inn of Phillipsburg many years ago and he was a friend of the Inn Keeper Mr. Owens. He was kind, and a great conversationalist.
My condolences to his family and many dear friends.

I remember taking trips with Ed in his VW bug to see the new racetrack and ski areas in the Poconos back in the mid-sixties. I remember his 64 GTO and how proud he was of that. Always loved those hot cars, watching Al Tasnady race at Harmony Speedway, Thursday nights at the YR club. First met Ed while a member of the track team in high school. Always a fun guy. Sorry he's gone.
