Not sure what to say?

To Jason, Robert and the entire Scheller family,
I'm deeply saddened to hear about Eddie's passing and sorry that I didn't find out about it sooner. To you two, may I say that I would never have enjoyed sports as a youth without your father's efforts. J, I'm sorry that your return to the Valley came at such an untimely moment. May his contributions to the sport live on...

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of Eddie. He will be missed by the many people who knew him. His knowledge and style of teaching anyone bowling will be hard to replace. He had a way of bringing out the best in you. He was always willing to help. My prayers to all in his family.

So sorry for your loss. I was one of his printer brothers from Milton Hershey School class of '55.

I'm so sorry for the passing of Eddie. When I was 8 I joined a league at Parkway Lanes, I continued to bowl there till i was 16. Every Saturday morning was always a pleasure to see Eddie smiling. He will be missed.

We are sorry to make this entry so late as we just received the news last night through the grapevine as Ed had many many friends. He touched so very many lives through bowling as how we met back in the 70s as junior bowling but not in his league. His bowling shoes will be hard to fill. Our prayers with the family.

So sorry for the passing of eddie. I had a great deal of respect for him and definately looked up to him growing up. He always welcomed you every saturday with his cheerful smile and a few short bursts on the whistle. Certainly a terrible loss for your family and the bowling family in the lehigh valley. I will miss him. My prayers are with you and your family.

To the Scheller family: Having recently lost my wife of 56 years, I can share your pain and can only hope that time will help ease it somewhat. Ed was one of the nicest and caring person I have ever known, A gentleman in every respect. Again, my sincerest condolences on your loss. Jim Ritter

Scheller Family,

When Keith showed me the paper, I was stunned ... I've known Eddie for a long time - both he and Melanie bowled with us for a while at Jordan and no matter where I saw him, Parkway, Jordan, the Bocce Club ... He always said hi, how's it going.

I was just in at Parkway Lanes on the 6th to have a ball drilled - When we were walking out near the snack bar when Eddie saw me and gave me one of his famous hugs and asked what brought us to his neck of the woods. ...

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Eddie. He was a great coach. He was a get person to look up to as well. I will always remember him. He did alot for me. I wish I was able to see him more before he passed. I never knew how much he did for the youth of bowling. He has done great things and I am glad that I was able to know him. My prayers are with your family.
