It was with sadness that I stumbled across this entry, I had such fond memories of working with both Ed and Judy to create pictures of their exquisite collection of vehicles for Automobile Quarterly.
Such a gracious couple to meet and work with, I have thought about them many times in the past few years, and spoke to Ed not long after Judy passed.
May I extend my warmest condolences to all their family, may they be reunited and spend eternity in everlasting peace together. R.I.P.

Dear Kristin and Lori,

I go back and forth from Westmont and Tampa every 6 months for the last 15 years. I would see Ed from time to time when back in Oak Brook. We and you mother were my good friends as is your uncle Bob. I have known your parents for over 30 years. Both were truly the most kind, sincere, wonderful friends I have ever had. I spent sometime with Ed after Judy passed away. What a perfect marriage they had and loved each other deeply. I was a unaware of Eds passing. I...

Words can not describe the sorrow I feel about his passing away..Ed was a great friend and incredibly respected & very knowledgeable in the car world. He attended many car functions I was @ and always drew a crowd when he did,be it with one of his cars or not.He was kind to all who knew him closely, and even those who weren't. I first met him in 1979,and still wish I had more time to spend with him.He was very well liked @ ButterField C.C.,and all across Illinois as well.
I will truly miss...

Dear Family:

I was deeply saddened to hear of Ed's passing. I knew Bob and Ed from our days in the W.C. Rotary Club and always enjoyed his friendship and insite on many things.
May he now enjoy the promise of everlasting peace and happiness.
My heartfelt condolences to the entire family.
