Not sure what to say?

I didn't know Eddie, but I learned of him. Here's how! I recently purchased a piece of flood art I believe to have been executed by Dr. Seuss. In it, Eddie is praised for his aid related to the 1936 flood clean-up, in especial as it related to helping Ted "Dr. Seuss" Geisel. Did Eddie hoard the praise offered? No. When you pull the artwork from its frame, it's signed by a short list of friends who helped him, help others. That's the Eddie you know and love. Rest easy, Eddie! God bless!

I only knew Eddie for a few short years, but in that time I got to know your family and the Ellert family much better. I truly enjoyed the few hours we spent together, enjoying each others company. He liked talking with me about family, your and ours. I am pleased to know the Sears family and their values that Eddie gave you....Eddie,God be with you.
