I'd like to extend my sincere condolences and sympathy to JoAnn, Eddie Jo, and all the Simon family. I always enjoyed being around Ed when I was a kid. His sense of humor, wild stories of his youth, and pension for practical jokes was entertaining, to say the least. But more importantly, he was as generous and kind as anyone I've known. It was clear he truly enjoyed life, and will be deeply missed by his family and everyone who knew him.

My heart, tears and prayers go out to the Simon family. Ed Simon was one of the best human beings to ever walk this earth. He sold my parents, Eddie and Nancy Jenkins, their first and forever home in Muskegon. The Simons remained lifelong friends with the Jenkins family and we will all truly miss Ed Simon. I pray that the family will weather this tremendous loss and keep living life as Ed would want. Take good care of Jo Ann! Much love from my family to yours. Flora L. Jenkins, Ph.D.
