Not sure what to say?

We miss you, Ed. You were a friend and a big help with Bill´s and my taxes. That you were Susi´s brother was extra nice. We loved the Smalls. AndI continue to thank you for all your help over MANY years-including when you were Boy Scout master to my oldest child.

Barbara: I was so sorry to hear about your brother. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Sheila Terrando Edwardsville IL

Condolences to Ed´s Family, especially Ed´s Mom and Sister Susie.

We were fortunate to have Ed Small as a tax advisor for 27(!?) years. He extended his kind, reliable and steady hand to us through all circumstances. His quiet passion for life and work was remarkable. We will miss him.

Remembering our days at EHS. My sympathy to JoAnn and family. Betty Brockmeier Bauer - Meridian, Idaho

Thinking of Ed, so we send him a gift basket to his office, not knowing Ed has passed. From Denver just got a news from friend back in Edwardsville. So very sad to lose a great man, one of the best! Will always remember and miss him!

I worked with Ed at Arthur Andersen accounting firm in the auditing department in the mid seventies! Ed was a very good auditor and a very professional person to work with in the audit process! Rest in peace Ed. Gary Therien

Ed was my accounting instructor in the '80s at SIUE and never was bothered as i came to class (a touch late on occasion) sweaty and worn out from soccer. Ed has been my tax accountant and friend for 40 years, and Lisa and I were saddened today to learn of his passing.
We will miss our annual conversations as he prepared our taxes with the receipt paper from his calculator all across the floor while he discussed our finances pulling a photo album off the shelf to show us amazing photos...

Rest in peace Ed and thank you for your years of service to your country and your clients.
