Not sure what to say?

Dear Eileen,

I was saddened to learn of Ed's passing. I never met Ed, but I remember you speaking of him often. He seemed like a gentle and fun-loving soul, and I am sure you will miss him sorely to say the very least. I am praying for you to receive comfort and encouragement from the Lord, and for the Lord to help you keep the memories of Ed close to heart. Please take care.

Kind regards,

Eileen,
Ed and I were so sorry to learn of your Ed's passing. I always enjoyed swapping Ed stories with you, and I felt as though I had known your Ed forever. Heaven today is a happier place for his presence. You and all the family are in our prayers.
Love,

Deepest thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

To my old friends and neighbors...
So sad to hear the news about Mr. Stagg. As you all know, he was a man of great humor. When my bedroom was in the basement, he and I had lots of conversations over the back fence - I especially remember the story of the brown bag luggage he always brought down to the Jersey shore. And I will never forget the night he took me to a Phillies doubleheader - remember when they played twi-night doubleheaders? Haven't been to one since.
My sincere...

Love to you all,
