Carol and family,
Condolences from your friends in Racine. Our past conversations with Ed and you are cherished. And now they are but memories. I remember how honest and thoughtful he was in those "bakery chats" we had at O&H. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we hope to continue hearing from you.

Carol....my sincere sympathy thoughts and prayers are with you and the children. Please call when you get back to Racine. Love Barb Hammes

Carol and Family -

Our sincere condolences to you on your loss. We had the unique pleasure of knowing Dr. Stika from both the hospital and from living on Cleveland Ave. next door to your Mother/Grandmother Alyce for so many years.

Dr. Ed was a longtime member of our Board of Directors at the Foundation for Senior Care. His love and concern for his fellow seniors was evident in all the every day events of his life! From Rotary to the music society to his church to our Foundation, Ed will be sorely missed from all those activities. My sincere sympathy to Carol and his children.

Dear Carol and kids,
My deepest sympathies to your family. I had tremendous respect for him, initially as a talented Urologist as he welcomed me into the Racine community, and then as a caring human being and family man. I saw him as a kind mentor who taught me about Urology and life. Rae and I will remember him in our prayers.

I was his patient when he came to Racine, and I was still his patient when he retired. I have thought fondly of him during the years since I last saw him. Thank...

As a friend of daughter Carren, I met Ed only a very few times but it was easy to see why they named him "Sunshine Chairman." He will be long missed but never forgotten by his lovely family.
