Not sure what to say?

Ed and I were blessed by the gift of friendship. Today, I want to thank my "Big Brother" for encouraging me, as a youngster, to be myself. Ed, you will always be part of my life.

From Unseen Sources, the cards are shuffled and the hand is dealt.

Big Brother Ed, you came into my life with gifts of knowledge, faith, character, love. I remain comforted knowing we shall meet again. So, keep the marbles and chess board ready.

Peace and Love, my Big Brother.

Sonny

Stan and Melinda so sorry to read about the loss of Stan"s brother. Sending condolences to your family.

Vernon, Patrick, & Family: Our sincere condolences on the home going of your father and sibling.

As a Freshman at Spencer High, when Ed Stovall was a Junior, he was a quiet, smart presence. He was a member of the great class of 1962 with my Brother Jack Roosevelt Turner and the late Arthur McClung, Jr. They were the smart class I looked up to and tried to emulate.
Rest Ed and peace to the Stovall Family, especially my friend Jackie.

I loved my brother.

Stan,

I am so sorry to hear of Edwards's passing. I didn't get to know him well, but knew he was loved by you and your family. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this trying time.

Family friend forever.

Dear Jackie and Stan,

I just heard of Ed's death. I'm very sorry.

Ed was one of my special Big Brothers during my childhood. The fact that he became a biologist is not surprising. He was first to awaken my scientific curiosity.

Your Brother was a great role model. His goodness inspired me to strengthen my heart by helping others.

Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathy,

Love,
Sonny
