To Big Ed's family and friends......take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you as Big Ed always did. I will always remember Big Ed for his big smile that was ALWAYS there and for his loyalty to his friends (family). What a kind and wonderful MAN....BIG ED....He is and will be greatly missed!!

I had the honor and the privilege to work closer with Ed than most people. Generous, compassionate, fun, giving, loyal, understanding, always willing to help, etc. are not enough to describe the truly big man that Ed is.
The spirit world has been blessed by Ed's presence, my world has been blessed by his presence.
You're always in my heart Ed.

While Ed was going thruogh the final months of his fight,(and what a fight he put up) he rearly talked about his struggles or pain. He was always concerned about his brothers and sisters in the various circles he traveled. I guess old habits are indeed hard to break. Ed I will always remember for your thougtfullness and your never wavering loyalty you should to your friends. I will always feel honored to be among those you called friend. Big Ed was a wonderful man. Very giving, very loving. This was shown by the great out pouring of love by the many people that attended his memorial. There are not many men that come along like Big Ed. It was a gift to have known him and have him be a part of our lives. GBNF. Rest in peace BIG ED.

Big Ed, what can I say? You left us too soon brother. Keep your eye on all of us as you did for so many years as the rear guard. Enjoy your ride in paradise now.

deepest sympathy for Ed's family. Ed and I stood in many food lines at different ABATE state meetings, i would also get a chance to visit with him at the Annual Mil Vet Run out of Leesburg, what a great guy. "V" on behalf of ABATE of FL, Inc -- Lake County Chapter
