What a wonderful human being! He surely was a great example for all. The Military service & three Purple Hearts. Not forgetting NOFD 30 years of service.
You labored in love to help Mr. Stringer through this difficult time. Surely, God has viewed the suffering & has taken him home to live on eternally. Continue to pray for him, the prayers have no expiration date. When you get low, reach back for all of the moments you have treasured through the years.

So sorry for your loss. Eddie was a great guy. I have a lot of fine memories of growing up in the neighborhood. Eddie loved teasing us. Rest in Peace my friend. May God's grace comfort your family during these difficult times. I know you left a lot of memories for them to cherish!!!
