Sincere condolences to Lt. Sylvia's family, he was a real Blue Blood.

Lt. Edward Sylvia was a great guy to work with for 31 years. He taught me a great deal. He was a great police officer and helped many.

Condolences to the Sylvia family on "Ed's" passing. He was as honest a person/police officer as one could expect to know. He was a true professional officer and a "Great Human Being"!!! God have Mercy on his Soul and may he rest in the Peace and Comfort of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Eddie was a great kind person. While he was a cop he helped the troubled kids to be better people. If Mel was here he would say Thank You. Rest in peace. I know you are with the Angels
